The Roaring Riot Foundation helps teacher Hunter Bell turn a seventh-grade classroom in Buncombe County into a chapter of the Roaring Riot, helping to grow the future of Panthers fandom and community.
After the West Charlotte Marching Band helped the Roaring Riot put some ‘pep in their step’, the Foundation decided to bring all of them into the Stadium to sit together.
